Child Care

Be assured that your children will be entertained and well taken care of while you are enjoying your workout in our childcare facility. Children over the age of 6 weeks will have several activities to choose from in our exciting ocean-themed room.

We have a sectioned-off area for infants and pre-walkers with age appropriate toys, bouncy chairs, exersaucers, and a pack and play for the occasional nap. Toddlers and older children will enjoy an indoor playset, dress-up corner, arts and crafts, a train set, blocks, and toys. Children may also be entertained by interactive videos such as fitness for kids, yoga for kids, and sing alongs.

Our childcare staff is selected for their love for children and willingness to interact. They are trained to keep your children safe and happy while you have time for yourself.

An additional service that Women’s Premier Fitness offers is childcare drop-off. Drop-off is designed for you to drop your children off and have enough time to run some errands or have lunch with friends. Advance reservations are required and there is an additional charge for this service. Please call for times and prices.
