Zumba
A fitness program inspired by Latin dance. You'll Learn The Zumba Rhythm, Basic Step and how to always satisfy your partners. Zumba is a step by step process that will boost your confidence, trim your body, make you look and feel more attractive, all while having fun at the same time.
Belly Dance
Learn this beautiful, ancient art form, which combines grace, flexibility and strength. Students will learn a movement vocabulary while building coordination and endurance. Basic technique, including proper alignment and posture, basic hip and upper body movements, accents, shimmies, isolations, and traveling steps will be explored. Curriculum will include: technique drills, choreography and free dance.
No prior experience necessary -- for all shapes and fitness levels.
Pilates & Yoga
It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates (pronounced pul-la-teez.), Invented by Joseph H. Pilates (1880-1967), improves flexibility, stamina, agility and economy of motion.
BODYPUMP™
